Pics.io Academy is an interactive learning hub. It combines short theory lessons, hands-on practice, and quizzes, so you can learn the platform at your own pace and check what you've picked up along the way.
Pics.io Academy is available to all Pics.io users. You just need to be logged in to your Pics.io account.
What's inside
The course consists of 7 levels. Each level includes:
Theory: short lessons explaining the key concepts and features
Interactive exercises: hands-on practice in a simulator
Quizzes: quick checks to confirm what you've learned
Certificates
As you progress through the course, you can earn two certificates:
Essentials: available on request after completing Level 4
Professional: awarded after passing the final exam
Certificates can be verified, downloaded as a PDF, and added to your LinkedIn profile.
Where to find Pics.io Academy
Open Account Settings → Pics.io Academy. You'll find it right above Help Center. You can also go directly to academy.pics.io.
Your progress
Your progress is saved to your Pics.io account, so you can take the course in several sittings. If you've started the course but haven't finished it yet, your current progress appears in Notifications with a Continue button that takes you back to where you left off.
For team admins
Pics.io Academy is a helpful resource for new teammates getting started with Pics.io, as well as for existing users who want to refresh their knowledge.
In My Team → Teammates, admins will see a banner with a quick link to the Academy. When you select a teammate, you can also see their current Academy status:
