Taxes

The tax process has specific features in different countries. It can be Value-added tax (VAT), Good for Sales tax, or other in your country.

TopTechPhoto, Inc. is a Company under USA legislation and is not required to collect VAT. We do not use value-added tax as we are not European VAT tax-payers.
​But if you need to fill out your VAT details for invoices or anything else, you can do so in the Billing section.

To do this, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner, then select Billing. From there, navigate to the 'Info' section, where you can find the VAT ID field to fill out:

Value-added tax is applicable for customers from the EU. It is paid by the customer who buys the product.

TopTechPhoto Inc. is a Company under USA legislation and is not required to collect VAT. TopTechPhoto Inc. does not use value-added tax as it's not a European VAT tax-payer.

Good-sales tax is applicable but not exclusively for customers from Canada, Australia, India, and New Zealand.
TopTechPhoto, Inc. is a non-resident for tax purposes in the countries mentioned above, therefore GST is not applicable.

Sales Tax is applicable, but not exclusively, in the US, Coast, Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Norway, and Sweden.
The United States does not charge sales tax or state tax on the territory of Delaware State, where TopTechPhoto, Inc. is located.
