In order to streamline your teamwork in Pics.io, you can integrate your Pics.io account with Slack team messenger.
What are the benefits of integrating my Pics.io account with Slack?
By integrating your Pics.io account with Slack, you gain the ability to receive notifications regarding your team's activities on the Pics.io platform. This includes updates, comments, new asset versions uploaded by teammates, and the creation of new websites. Additionally, when working with links to files, you will be able to see previews of those links. All these events will be conveniently conveyed to your teammates through a dedicated channel to which the Pics.io bot has been invited.
How do I connect Pics.io to my Slack workspace?
Hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the main screen;
Click My team in the dropdown menu;
Go to Integrations;
Click Add to Slack button to invite the Pics.io bot to your workspace in Slack.
To complete the procedure, you have to log into your Slack account and allow Pics.io to access your Slack workspace.
You will be notified when the initial setup is completed. Please make sure to check that Slack does not block Pics.io previews for links. In Slack, go to Settings & Administrations > Workspace settings > Attachments and ensure Pics.io is not listed there.

I want to invite the bot to several Slack channels. How do I do that?
At the moment, you cannot invite the bot to several channels at the same time as the Pics.io Slack bot can operate within one channel only.
I invited the bot to my private channel, but I do not see any notifications from Pics.io.
The Pics.io Slack bot is designed to seamlessly integrate with Slack, providing convenient access to your media files and streamlined collaboration through notifications.
